It’s amazing to see … It’s amazing to see suckers still believing the markets bottomed out. My guess is that most of those homes sold in this video will eventually all be forclosures when they’re underwater. The State of California is bankrupt, pretty soon these buyers will be in the same boat spending money so recklessly. I wonder how many of these deals weren’t subprime??
