You can sell any realtor&#039;s property as the buyers agent, so I&#039;m not sure what the issue is.  Frankly, it would be dumb for you to do that, that&#039;s the selling agent&#039;s responsibility, but as I say, I sure wouldn&#039;t object if it were my listing.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

		<description>I&#039;m not sure about the legality question, but it is against the Realtor Code of Ethics to advertise another agent&#039;s listing without their permission.  

Most agents I know will gladly give you permission to advertise it in place where they aren&#039;t already advertising it.  It&#039;s just more exposure.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
